Located off of I-70 and US-40, this tiny house is 60 miles west of the Denver airport, 35 miles east of Breckenridge and close to the world's best ski resorts—including Winter Park, Keystone and Loveland. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shop, park, gas and liquor store, and a dispensary.

    Living area with futon, smart TV and Bluetooth speaker (available to use with your hotspot).
    Transform the living room into a dining area and enjoy a meal in with our fold-up table.
    Enjoy french-pressed coffee while you read a book or use Netflix with your hotspot.
    Sleep well in our cozy loft, equipped with a queen futon bed, soft pillows and warm blankets. Note: this space may be difficult for people with limited mobility.
    Bathroom with essential amenities, like toilet paper, towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap and lotion.

    Stocked kitchen with microwave, electric kettle and electric skillet. Please note: oven and stove is not for guest use.
